Do you have showroom for offline purchase ?

We currently dont have any official outlet. However we do have stockist at galleries in Jakarta.

We sincerely hope for your support so that we may have one day.

Do you cater to bulk purchases ?

Yes we serve both retail and wholesale purchases. Please contact us personaly for the best wholesale price

Do you accept custom orders ?

Yes, we are open to custom orders. We are hard and relentless in pursuing excellence within our services which also include providing our invaluable partners from hotels, restaurants and cafes with tableware items that are precisely what they are looking for.

Can I see the real pictures of the product?

All the pictures that you see on our website are real pictures of our products, taken by professional photographer. However our products using nature material and crafted applied directly by hand. Slight differences in color or pattern between two items that fall under the same name/design are not considered as flawed/defected products but purely result of the natural art.

Are the products in this website available and ready to ship?

We try our best to keep all our items especially the popular ones ready-stock for your new coffee shop which may be opening very soon. You may contact us to check if the design you want is available for indent or pre-order. So we can notify you once we have the product again.

What are your shipping carriers?

At the present time, we work with JNE for their reasonable price, trusted service and the access they have to cities all across Indonesia. You can track your order using tracking system in the courier service website (www.jne.co.id)

How to return the product for exchange or refund?

Product exchanges are only allowed for items that are defect, stained or different type from what you have purchased and must be reported via email within 5 days. Do not accept return of goods if the customers dislike the type / material / color / size of the product or SALE item. The item returned must be in their original condition, new, unwashed. We will replace the returned goods with the new one that is same in type. We will only refund if the product returned is out of stock.

Products sold online can only be changed online as well. Customer shall be responsible for all the cost of returning goods.
